Beginning June 1, proposals to selected NIH award programs, such as the R03, R21, R33, and R34, must be submitted via Grants.gov. Need help? For technical assistance, contact Amy Patty, grants officer, 864-7423. Proposal Services also assists researchers with proposal preparation and submission.

HSCL assessment survey available online through May 12

The Human Subjects Committee Lawrence Campus (HSCL), the Institutional Review Board (IRB) for the Lawrence campus, invites all faculty and graduate students familiar with HSCL to take an assessment survey. This survey will provide an internal evaluation of HSCL and help determine the qualities that make up an ideal IRB. The survey is available online and takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. KU formalizes policies and procedures for university-sponsored immigration petitions

Guidelines were released to the KU community in May 2006 to ensure that the university meets federal standards regarding the recruitment of foreign nationals. Documentation in pdf format is available online from the KU Office of International Student and Scholar Services.
