New Associate Vice Provost Named

Joshua Rosenbloom, professor of economics and director of the Center for Economic and Business Analysis in KU's Institute for Policy & Social Research, has been named associate vice provost for research, effective October 23.

KU Ranked Ninth in the World in the Rate of New Patents Issued

A recent Milken Institute report, “Mind to Market: a Global Analysis of University Biotechnology Transfer and Commercialization,” ranked KU ninth in the world in the rate of new patents issued.
