Grad students travel to State Capitol to present research

Twelve KU students will travel to the State Capitol to present their research as part of the Graduate Student Research Summit, Thurs., March 13. The Summit, which runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., provides graduate students from Kansas State, Wichita State and KU an opportunity to present their research to a broad audience.

"In the past few years, Legislators have met the students, looked at their posters and come away with a greater appreciation of student research," said John Augusto, assistant dean of graduate studies.
