Salaries are increased at 5% per year for faculty & staff, 5.5% for GRAs, unless
restricted by agency.

9 month employees

biweekly rate ÷ 14 x 272 = yearly rate ÷ 9 = monthly rate

12 month employees

biweekly rate x 26 = yearly rate ÷ 12 = monthly rate

hourly employees

hourly rate x 2080 = yearly rate ÷ 12 = monthly rate
